my meeting with the BOSS

yesterday was the eventful day tht i met the BOSS himself ..... rajnikant ... ( when i said i met him it was on screen) ........... i went to c shivaji the boss yesterday...... it wasnt a great movie or anything but.... i njoyed it.......the fun of being with a bunch of tamil friends who njoy alot cing the stylemannan on screen......
the movie was abt a american returned software architect ( !!!!!!!!!!!!) who doesnt knw what a CPR is.....and had a job which helped him to save 700 crore indian rupee..................... hard to digest but in spite of all this njoyed the movie thanx to my friends , the punchlines of rajni n stylish sankar 's presentation of his movies......the awesome thing abt the movie is vivek...... he is really great with good comedy and he did provide a good support to the movie....

right now i m in Baton Rouge,Louisiana,US n been here for abt 2 years.... n the one thing i hate abt this country is tht it is ruled by the food chains.............so no variety for my taste buds...n so i would like to bend the rule a bit to five local dishes i like......
to start the cajun food is the best u can get for an indian somewhere close to the spice n hotness of indian food.....
1. the jambalaya.....it is traditionally made in one pot, with meats and vegetables, and is completed by adding rice
2. the gumbo...more like a soupy kind of stuff...n the chicken gumbo which i get in my school cafeteria reminds me of the chicken curry which my mom used to make......
3. blackened alligator meat of the Chimes restaurant near the campus..... its basically the meat of alligator....deep fried...
4.poboys n hamburgers in the roul's deli on the north gate of the LSU campus......he makes the best n also the spiciest to match the indian taste buds poboys....
and to round it up....
5. the chicken fingers of the baton rouge special cane's..... cane's was started by a couple of LSU students n their cane's sauce is well known and a weel guarded recipe.....n they serve their food with lemonade which tastes jst like the ones v used to get at the small shops or murukan kadaas in kerala.........
n now comes the hardest part of the lot....part of me taggin others.... nobody knws abt my blog as i started it just as a medium to jst say it open what happened in my life when i m in a mood to talk to someone or jst write down smething.... so i guess i will jst tag me, me , me , me and me....... there goes the 5...............

my experience with a tennis racquet!!!!!!!!!!

its been a month since i started to play tennis n i m likin the game.... i used to watch the grand slams in TV but never had a chance to try it as it was a rich kid's game back in India...comin to US for my studies introduced me to two new sports which i could play - racquetball n tennis....and tht too with out spending much money..the univ REC gave the racquets for free...i loved racquetball as it was easier of the two where as tennis needed alot of patience n hard work.... RB u can jst hit the ball n make sure tht it reach the wall....but tennis was a different ball game.....so i stopped tennis n started to play more of RB n i loved it but tht love changed since a month as i was bght back to tennis by my roommmate....now i play more of tennis n i loving the work out n sweat dripping along.....
