man utd was crowned the champions of england for the 10th time... dirty blues didnt do it as they used to crap alot.....i m waitin for may 21st for the next one in line for manutd....the champion's league final.....
hornets are leading the playoff by 3 to 2 the next gme comin on san antonio.....
n my thesis..... this is like gonna be a wait for me.... as the thesis has been submitted to my prof and i hve to get it corrected from him.....i hve fixed up the defense date on june 9th.... so keepin my fingers crossed.......

the only two time BCS champions....LSU... n v did show off

its been a month since these two beauties were displayed in our student union but today only i was in a mood to blog abt it... these are the two glamorous trophies in college football... the BCS championships...n to add to it... LSU is the only place where u will find two of it for sometime.....
i knw me a indian saying about american football which shuld be called throwball bcos its mostly thrown than kicked but i always been a sports person.... i have been in LSU for 3 years now(almost)... n LSU football have been one of my passions....n i m happy that v became champions when i was here........anyways......
this year been good to me till now in the sporting side....LSU won the championship... my football team ManUtd is gonna be champions of england n europe...(well not yet..the final league game is on this sunday n v need to win it to retain the cup n the champions league final against chelsea is on may 21st) and the hornets, the local NBA team is into second round playoff against the spurs....cool right???
now to my work thts goin on.... i m on my last stages of my thesis writing.... got my analysis and results approved by my prof and the writin is on.... i m very bad in structural writing so i guess it will require a lot of help from people around me......i was plannin to defend my thesis by this month.... but dont think tht is gonna happen... so plannin for smewhere in june....

crap!!!!!!!!!!! time is runnning....

god i dunno when i m gonna change.... everything in my life is like this, last minute desperate attempt to finish off things which i have to do... this time its my thesis...he he he i knw it sounds BIG... but to me its been another of my smething for the heck of it.... i dunno....is it???i m supposed to have spend 3 years of my life for this... anyways i have njoyed my stay in LSU.... n smething to show for tht mayb....
anyways i have scheduled my defense date to b may12th but i m not really sure tht i can do on tht day.... if its not it will b a month later as members of my committee wilb on break one by one for a month..... lets c what happens.....anyways this all whats happenin to me... late nite in lab n sleep all day..... nothing else....no play n nothin....aah plays cricket now every saturday...so thts a new thing.... thts all.....veendum sandhikyum vare nammovaagam...

jst noticed tht today is the april fool's day...... have heard abt great stories of people trying to pull prank on others.... i njoy pranks but everything has a limit n i strongly believe everyone shuld keep to the limits....

LAST MOVIE YOU SAW IN A THEATER: Kathaparayumbol... i watched it jst the day before n its a special one to me... not only bcos it was a good one but its my first mallu movie on a screen in US...( another of my first to the list)...the movie was abt a barber in a interior parts of kerala n his principles n suffering in the life... the film has been perfectly conveyed to the audience with right mix of comedy n sentiments...
2. WHAT BOOK ARE YOU READING? i hate reading novels of any sort.... my favorite...COMICS.... started collecting ARCHIES.... i knw its kiddish...but thts what i guess i m smetimes....
3. FAVORITE BOARD GAME? it used to stamp collection.. its like monopoly but related with stamps.... now love to play monopoly but no company at all....
4. FAVORITE MAGAZINE? reader's digest... my grandpa has a very good collection of reader's digest dating from 1975...so was growin up reading all those.....then India Today....
5. FAVORITE SMELLS? smell of dry earth as the first drop of monsoon rain comes down..... i miss KERALA....

finally i got my first speeding ticket....

i was thinkinh to write about it or not....but two comments abt escaping frm the tickets frm my friends made me write this....
i dont know if i was a bad boy last year tht santa decided to give me a speeding ticket..... my santa claus was a uniformed policeman hidin behind a tree inside the campus, which was vacant due to winter break..... he clocked me 42 on 30......over the "alloted" +10 mph limit.... i saw him so late jumpin out on the front of the car tht i would have got another tkt for knocking him.... he handed me my ticket and asked if it was my first offence..... n i said yes...he said great u mite qualify for the class to take tkt off my record.....he sounded as i m eligible to hit the jackpot in the lottery ticket......crap.... i asked him how mch its gonna cost me... he gave me a number to call n check... which i did the next day .....they said it will cost me 120$ and the cost of the class if i intend to take it off my record........ crap!!!!!!!!!!!!............ anyways i decided tht i will be a nice boy this year tht santa's like this wont b coming for me even for onam.....

i m a champion....

its been a long time since i wrote something in this blog... its been a great way to write smething from my mind..... i been following college football very closely and was really passionate abt the game as LSU been doin very good.... this season was a crazy one.....lotz of twist n turns... lot of high ranked teams lost....n tht too by unranked teams n there was a new team on top 5 every week.....
LSU started the season in rank 2 and was also #1 twice but both time lost at 3rd OT.... but LSU was the only 2nd ranked team to escape without being beaten.... n tht was the reason which gave me a strong hunch tht LSU will make it... n the game also decided tht SEC is the best and toughest conference in college football.....anyways LSU became champions beating Ohio buckeyes (38-24)... it was one of best days of my life in LSU..... as i can always say i m a champion......
